Casa San Ysidro – 2nd Saturday – Trade Items of the Camino Real
April 13 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The Camino Real is one of the longest and oldest trade routes in Northern America. It was used by the Spanish colonials to transport spices, silver and more. However, long before European contact, this ‘royal road’ between Mexico City and San Juan Pueblo existed as a Meso-American hunting and trade route for turquoise, obsidian, salt, and feathers.
